As we all know, when you are selling your real estate, expect many people to “intrude” on your privacy. If your real estate is being handled by real estate agents, then most of the calls and inquires would be handled by them. If you are selling your real estate by yourself, then you’ve got a massive job in your hands.
For example, as an independent real estate seller, you may be flooded by a long line of emails and unending phone calls from potential buyers. Not such a bad life.
In Houston there's whole communities that spring up each winter, full of people living in their RVs. Advantages of RV housing are obvious, & include moving with the seasons, trying out different places, & not paying property taxes. I have talked to people living in Rvs that cost $350,000 & ones that cost $550, so the selection of accommodations is varied, to say the least.
